WCAG 2.2 AA
Accessibility statement
We want everyone who uses OnboardPoint, onboardpoint.com and the pre-start portal to be able to do so, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Our target
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, for the OnboardPoint app in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, for this website and for the pre-start portal pages that new starters use on their phones.
How we test
- Every public page of this website and every pre-start portal page is checked with axe-core at 320, 375 and 1280 pixels wide, and for sideways scrolling on phones, before each release.
- The portal is built to work on a phone with no Microsoft 365 account: one column, labels on every field, an error summary that links to each problem, and no time limit shorter than 30 minutes of inactivity.
- Pages follow the device's light or dark setting, keep visible focus outlines, work with the keyboard alone and use plain language.
- The OnboardPoint app uses Fluent UI and is checked with axe-core in automated tests for every surface, in light, dark and high-contrast themes.
Known limits
- Uploading documents in the pre-start portal needs JavaScript; without it the page says so and suggests asking HR for another way.
- Documents HR publishes for starters to read are your organisation's own files: their accessibility depends on how they were made.
Tell us about a problem
If something does not work for you, email info@apps365ltd.com with the page address and what happened. If you are a new starter using the pre-start portal, you can also ask your new employer's HR team for another way to send your details.
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
