Pricing questions
Who counts as one of our people?
Count your organisation's people once: employees, workers, contractors and volunteers you onboard. HR staff, managers, approvers and buddies using OnboardPoint are not counted again, journeys are unlimited, and AI agents are never counted.
Is the pre-start portal extra?
No. The pre-start portal is in every plan once it is available.
Who gets the 30 percent discount?
Maintained schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, colleges and registered charities, on every plan.

Are prices in pounds and do they include VAT?
Prices are in pounds sterling a year and exclude VAT.
Where do we buy a licence?
Licence keys will be sold through the Apps 365 Ltd shop when OnboardPoint is listed on Microsoft Marketplace.
